Bhimthadi Select is a curated space within Bhimthadi Jatra that celebrates the finest in rural craftsmanship and contemporary design. It brings together handpicked artisans, designers, and collectives who blend traditional techniques with fresh aesthetics – creating products that are rooted, refined, and ready for the world.

WHAT DOES PARTICIPATION ENTAIL

  • Already existing goodwill and brand recognition of Bhimthadi Jatra.
  • This section will be the most promoted section through Television, Radio, PR and Social Media starting two months in advance.
  • Two 16-amp points per stall.
  • Tube light and power plugs.
  • CCTV coverage for night.
  • Security guards at the main gates.
  • Three ATM machines.
  • Dedicated volunteers at each section for help and guidance.
  • Porter services to help transport your products to and from your transport vehicle to the stalls.
  • First aid points for emergency medication.
  • Rest rooms for customers.
  • Separate restrooms for stall owners.
  • Racks and stands can be provided if booked by November 1st (payable by stall owners).

Participation in Bhimthadi Select is open to individual artisans, self-help groups, brands and organisations that work closely with rural communities, handloom, handicrafts, sustainable products and indigenous practices. Each application will be reviewed by a selection committee for quality, originality and alignment with the spirit of Bhimthadi Jatra.

STALL BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  • GST registration certificate.
  • For out-of-state stalls, temporary Maharashtra GST registration certificate.
  • Only three people can be assigned per stall.
  • Please send DD/cheque in the name of “Agricultural Development Trust Baramati” with the duly filled form.
  • Courier to: Accounts Department, Main Building, Sharadanagar, Malegaon (BK), Tal – Baramati.
  • Other payment options: RTGS / NEFT.
