- Bhimthadi Jatra is organised as a public cultural event. Entry to the venue implies acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned here.
- Visitors are requested to follow all guidelines shared by the organisers, security personnel, and venue authorities.
Tickets & Entry
- A valid entry ticket or digital pass is mandatory for admission.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and category.
- The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to any visitor for safety or security reasons.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All tickets and passes are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
- No refund will be issued for:
- change of plans
- weather conditions
- travel delays
- partial event participation
- replacement of performers, schedules, or attractions
- In rare situations, such as changes in event timings or venue, updated details will be communicated; however, refunds will not be provided.
Event Experience
- Schedules, attractions, performances, and stall arrangements are subject to change without prior notice.
- The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings inside the venue.
- Visitors must take care of their own safety, especially around crowded areas, food stalls, and live performance zones.
Photography & Media
- The event may be photographed or recorded. By entering the venue, visitors consent to the use of their images in promotional or archival content.
- Commercial photography or videography is not allowed without prior permission.
Prohibited Items

- outside food or alcohol
- illegal substances
- drones or professional cameras (unless authorised)
Liability
- The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical issues that may occur during the event.
